Toppings I dealt with because of no transportation, but I am done dealing with them!!!!! It has always taken 45 min for delivery and i’am 10 mins away .this time 55 mins, onion rings was cold and half was burnt , not the first time I have had a problem with the rings being cold ,not warm COLD !!!!
Confused??. We were new to the neighborhood and received a free large pizza from Toppings Pizza. They were generous enough to send us a free coupon so we decided to try them out. Upon arrival, we were told we had to spend $10 in order to use the free pizza coupon. We were puzzled because no where on the coupon did it mention anything requiring a purchase. The only statement on the coupon was that a $10 purchase was required for delivery but we were picking up. They said sorry for the inconvenience. We did not wish to stay. Toppings Pizza lost sight of how coupons work. They lost a potential customer, the opposite of their goal. We received another free pizza coupon from the Garlic Knot. When we arrived they emphasized no purchase required, you are our guest. They were very attentive and friendly and genuinely happy we chose to dine with them. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will return to the Garlic Knot often. They know how to advertise with a coupon.

Their sandwiches were more bread then meat, what meat was there was tasteless. My chicken wings were undercooked and rubbery, the sauce was wrong as well. When I called to voice my complaint the manager was rude and falsely identified herself as the owner. When I finally was able to speak with the foul mouthed, unprofessional owner. They stated they weren’t refunding me for anything and they didn’t need my business.You should NEVER patronize this establishment!!!!!
