Delicious Time Warp!. Having read and heard about Andy’s, we decided to give it a try this past weekend. The retro sign in the parking lot is a dead giveaway for what is to come because once we stepped inside, we were virtually back in the 1950s thanks to the decor as well as the nostalgic graphics on the walls and the servers’ tshirts.The place was packed so we opted to sit at the counter where we were immediately served. With one or two exceptions, nothing on the menu was over seven bucks. I had the burger basket ($3.85). The hamburger was nicely done and had the perfect amount of char. It came with fries and the best tangy cole slaw I have had in a restaurant. (Not too sweet or relishy like some places tend to make it. ). My husband had the larger burger basket for only $4.95. And we both had milkshakes which were eye rolling good!The service was friendly and attentive. We even had other servers come up and ask if we needed anything. The staff was overseen by a small Greek woman who kept everthing organized.As other reviewers have pointed out, this restaurant only deals in cash. Luckily we knew that going in and were prepared. I don’t mind paying in cash when I am paying prices this low. We will definitely return!
