Good food, although the service isn’t very good, and it takes way too long to be served. I noticed people who arrived after me have received food before me. A good place to come if not on a crunch. Not good service at all, but a nice atmosphere.
No lake side dining here. Was very disappointed that what seamed to be a lakeside bar/restaurant really is not!! Hostess’ are snotty and seam confused. A bit disorganized and not really customer service oriented. Took forever to get a table so sat at the bar instead. Food however was excellent which made up for the rest of our horrible experience. Thought when this place opened on the chain of lakes that it would be a frequent stop to become a locals hangout……….it’s not high on my list!
Great Food. Too bad it’s so hard to get a table from the hostess. Been 2 times and the food is wonderful, great chef. The hostess station leaves much to be desired. They do not seem to know how to seat anyone. Our recent visit was 5pm Sat and there were plenty of empty tables empty but we had to wait 20min and then got a table against the wall that had been available the whole time we were waiting. The first visit we were there at 5:30 and was told they had reservations coming in at 6:30. There were plenty of tables open and we had to explain that unless the food service was very slow, we would be out by 6:30. Overheard other people coming in who had used the email reservation system and the hostess said she doesn’t check those and they would have to wait for a table. Tanners, you are losing alot of money by not training the hostess station. Good Luck.
Very poor service waited 2 hours for a table, then we left. will never go back and neither will any of our friends .. All so, the place is buggy!!
