I come in here every Sunday with my son and fianc. They always have top notch customer service, from the managers coming over to the table, to the servers being over the top. One particular server at the winter park location by the name of Melinda is above and beyond awesome! Even when she isn’t our server she attends to some of or needs, and is always so polite. We will continue to come here every week, but when she is our server we know for a fact we are going to have awesome service! Thank you
$16 (before tip) for a below average breakfast burrito and an orange juice. Country potatoes were well overcooked. Service was OK. Won’t be returning.
Going down hill. I’ve been here several times. Food and service keep getting worse. They have great potential but the manager must have their head in the sand. Most recent visits have included painfully slow service, no coffee refills, asking for items/food several times before it is brought out, ran out of items, burnt-to-a-crisp toast, etc. Get it together or you’re going to lose your customers for good.
One of My Favorite Places. We visit here quite often. Service has always been attentive and food great! They are always busy on the weekend as most breakfast places are. Plan accordingly or expect to wait and don’t complain when you do have to wait. We choose our times carefully as I am not about waiting in line on my days off from work. Even when we have encountered busy times, the service and food quality have been great. Try it and judge for yourself. They make it right if it happens to be wrong.
Don’t waste your time at this place. I am writing to let you know about my HORRIBLE experience at your Winter Park, FL location this morning. I put my name on the wait list for 2 adults and one child in a high chair. The hostess notified me it would be a 35 minute wait and I saw her write down the 2 + H signifying the high chair. We waited for 50 minutes and the hostess attempted to seat us at a table without a high chair for our 16 month old son. When I asked where was the high chair she said they ran out, so would a booster seat be ok. I let her know it was not okay and I had asked for a high chair. Needless to say we left your restaurant and will NEVER be back. The service we received today was beyond unacceptable, especially after seeing another couple with a baby being seated before us, and we were in line first. Your front hostesses need to get a clue and take some classes on customer service. Not once did I see any of them smiling or showing any sort of decent customer service. Also, go ahead and hire someone to wipe down tables since it seems it takes about 15 minutes for that to even happen. After leaving, I called to speak with a manager, who was too busy to talk to me. Go ahead and get a manager that knows something about customer service and order some more high chairs while you’re at it. Customer service is the key to running any successful business and you all DO NOT have it.
Horrible Experience!!!. Doesn’t even deserve one star!! Waited for a table for over 40 minutes in an half empty restaurant. When we asked why there was such a long wait we were told they had to leave the restaurant half empty so the kitchen doesn’t get backed up. It’s eggs and bacon not 5 star dining. It seems to me that they use their patrons as part of their advertisement. I guess the long lines waiting to get is supposed to mean it’s the best food ever! Too bad… I hear the food is pretty good! I won’t ever go back nor will I recommend this disappointment to anyone else!
Received Social Security faster Then Service. Arrived at 9:00 in the morning on Sunday. Went in to get a table and was told there was a 15 minute wait. Looked around and saw many tables empty as well as 4 booths. Asked for a outdoor patio table which there was many empty and was told I still had a 15 minute wait. Wait was a little longer but not by much. We were ushered to our patio table and just sat there with that empty look you get.A hostess came by and asked if we had been greeted,thought this was odd as how do you think we were seated at a table, and ibeing the hostess why don’t you know. Waited for ever 35 mins to place order one omelet and one scrambled eggs, both came with home fried potatoes. Home fries are not little cubed potatoes done in a deep fryer. What does it take to make scrambled eggs yet they were dry and over cookek..An omelet is not cooked on a flat top and rolled in a tube fashion. Shrimp were like chewing rubber bands.sausage and crawfish cut up so small you could not tell if they were want was stated. No garnish at all , for the money you are paying you could at least throw in a slice of orange or a piece of watercress to make it appear nice. Took for ever to get our check ,got tired of waiting so used cash instead of a card.The wait staff seemed lost and overwhelmed and this is with many empty tables.Very poor manager,did not have enough wait staff to handle existing customers let along customers waiting for a table.Will not come back for a long time 6 months to see if this was just a bad day for you guys or this is the way you run a business.7
