Our party of 8 dropped into Blu unplanned. The server started out excellent and finished the evening rated excellent. The fresh oysters were a hit as were the California rolls. My flat iron steak was perfect, I could have licked the plate. Two had what I think was a lobster/cucumber salad and raved about it. It was so good we considered going back the next evening. The happy hour offerings were impressive.Id highly recommend Blu in Winter Park
