This Chuy’s is a brand new location located in the new development across from Trader Joe’s. This area was originally an old Best Western hotel that was torn down to make room for new shops; and lucky for those of us nearby, a Chuy’s. We used to have to travel down to the airport location, which we didn’t mind because Chuy’s is always a good time, but we probably didn’t go as often as we would have liked because of that drive. This particular Chuy’s has the same great themed interior, though its a touch smaller overall, including the outside area. We went the week they had their grand opening, so you could tell the staff was still a bit raw, but they were all extremely friendly and we were pleased with the service. And the food was great.
