Arrogant, rude worker at restaurant. Some of their food is decent, but not authentic Italian. On Friday night, I could not make reservations online so I called ahead to see how long the wait is. The guy who answered said that they would be able to get us in right away and we didn’t need to make a reservation. When we got there, the guy (not sure if it was the same one on the phone) told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. When I told him what the guy on the phone told me, he just laughed at me and told me that there is always a wait on a Friday night. Never again will we ever go to a restaurant that treats its customers so rudely, especially for a place with just decent food. This guy was an arrogant jerk. Shame on this restaurant! They just lost customers who have dined at their place several times! They should fire whoever this arrogant jerk was if they don’t want to lose any more customers.

Pizza on Park Ave. When I worked in Winter Park Pannullo’s was one of our go-to lunch spots since we could walk to it from our office. The main thing is during the week you HAVE to get there by 11:30 if you want to get a table and not have to wait. That is about the only way to get in and out of there in under an hour. They always bring a basket of fresh baked bread to your table, along with olive oil & spices for dipping, to start you off. I am a creature of habit and always order the pizza and salad bar. For $9.20 you get two HUGE slices of pizza with 3 toppings and unlimited trips to the salad bar. Their salad bar has a great selection of toppings along with pasta salads and homemade dressings. You get a lot of food for under $10. I usually end up only eating one slice of pizza and taking the other home. I have only been to Pannullo’s once outside of the lunch hour and found the prices to be a little bit on the high side. My dining companions enjoyed their meals, I stuck with my yummy pizza, but didn’t think it was worth the high price tag. I think I will stick with lunch from here on out. Pannullo’s does have outdoor seating but its along the sidewalk on busy Park Avenue. It is good for when the weather is nice, but I don’t really enjoy having people constantly walking by especially since Winter Park is dog friendly and a LOT of people take their dogs down to Park Avenue. Even though it is a little darker inside, I would suggest sitting there. The service tends to be a little quicker (as its possible to actually SEE your waitstaff) and its closer to the salad bar. They also have a full bar available.

No bueno. Been several times. Food hasn’t been as good lately. Management isn’t great. Too bad we used to enjoy spending an evening there.

LOVE IT!. I first met my girlfriend in front of Pannullo’s and we went in to eat.. The first date was amazing and the food and service was wonderful. Last night (6 months later) we went again to celebrate our 6th month anniversary. The food was amazing as always(we both LOVE the Lobster Raviolli. She had the Chicken Marsala and I had Grilled Mahi along with a bottle of wine). Our server was Andre and he was a wonderful server with a great attitude and we will gladly come back over and over!!!

Bruchetta. Great bruchetta, and had the anitipasta as well. Salad was good, needed more dressing. Went during a slow lunch, which was kind of nice as our server paid a lot of attention to us. Cute location.

Don’t go if you have dietary issues!. My daughter and I went there as soon as they opened on Sunday. I ordered the chicken sandwich without the roll and cheddar cheese instead of cheese that was on the menu. Oh yes I said no french fries. Could I get veggies instead? The owner/manager said no substitutions. I explained to him that I have crohns disease and can’t eat those things. The owner then said we can remove the bun. That was all he could do. So we left with no lunch and went to another restaurant where they were happy to meet my needs. So… My point is… Don’t go there is you are on any special diet due to health issues. Very disappointed!
