My wife and I dined at Paris Bistro Saturday night for our 45th wedding anniversary. What a wonderful experience and great service.I had the Duck a la Orange and it was cooked perfectly at medium rare and the sauce was flavorful and authentic. The presentation was beautiful and classy and added to the experience. My wife had the Beef Burgundy. The depth of taste was magnificent and the beef was tender and flavorful. Again, the plating was spot on. The only downside was our timing. We were there at 5:30 and were the only couple in the restaurant until we left.I highy recommend Paris Bistro, it’s a gem.
