I live right behind Prato and my experience hasn’t been good. The restaurant staff is very disrespectful and love to run gossip in their establishment and about me. They say a lot of untrue things and constantly make up stories. I’m sure their service reflects this behavior and for that reason I don’t eat at this restaurant or order food from them. This type of behavior is unacceptable and even though i have brought it up with the management, they have done nothing to resolve the problem.
