Will Never Eat @ BK Again. They never get your order right so you have to drive back return it and waste gas. And the guys who make the food are wise a**’s. I ordered fries with no salt, so they echo back here are your absolutely no salt fries in a wise a** tone of voice. I complained to the manager about that she only smiled. No wonder BK is always empty and McDonalds is crowded all hours. Bye Bye BK…hello McDonalds
This burgerking is horrible. Constantly messing up orders. HoRRIBLE customer service even after ive complained to manager. Inside always smells like old wet rags. I drive a f250 truck which every time I go through the drive through no matter where I am in reference to speaker it wont trigger drive thru speaker. Oh and not to mention how slow they are. I cant tell you how many times ive sat in my wifes car in the drive thru for atleast 15 minutes before driving off and there would only be 3 total cars in drive thru at that time
I don’t think so. And yet another BK that can’t get an order right. I have given this BK SEVERL chances to redeem itself. But every single time that we’ve come here (at any and every time) we’ve had our order screwed up in some way or another. Everytime! Even if you’re lucky enough to get your order right, they’ll be sure to forget your straw, napkins, any condiments you requested (salad dressing, sauces, etc.), utensils, etc. Not sure why so many BK’s run their business like this. Too bad as BK is my favorite fast food burger. : (
This is one of the best BK’s. I don’t know what it is, but we love this one. The food is always piping hot and fresh. The hamburgers even taste better. We don’t like the one near where we live now, which is 50 miles from this one. Miss it.
