  Went for a birthday celebration with a 30.00 birthday certificate. New management, the location is great. Parking right across the street, they now have security in the mini mall where Benihana is located. The decor of the restaurant looks almost the same, very sleek & modern with an Asian flair, the chefs are of a variety of races, which I love. Our chef was Gregg, his conversation & grilling skills were great. Myself & another young lady were celebrating our birthdays, the chef & the staff all helped to make our day special, they sang, Greeted, and gave us a dessert treat. All of the staff we encountered were helpful, polite, cordial & professional. We had the splash n’ meadow entree that came with soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, dessert & green tea for under 40.00. The temperature & the taste of the food was excellent. We’ll be back more often!

  I would recommend going here. But they have quite the waiting time. I sat down at the bar counter with couple of work buddies and we decided to have few drinks before the meal . I specifically ordered a ginger syrup in my moscow mule but ended with a ginger beer instead.. Not a big deal, many bars tend to do that but I had to ask just in case.When we got our table it was another long wait after we had ordered … you would not believe 20 to 25 mins before they got stared cooking for us … But I ended having a decent meal. My only concern was the chicken was too hard to chew through….My buddy got a sea food hibachi. unlike my chicken hibachi, he had a good meal and acknowledged a 100% thumbs up… We eneded spending about $130 for 3 of us (including alcohol and the tip of 20% each one food and bar billing )…

  Really bad service. The waitress was on her second day and the manager was so rude. Rushing her to get rid of us as though we weren’t paying to be there. He even went as far as to yell at her in front of customers and grabbed the food out of her hand to pack it to go. Poor woman looked horrified. I wouldn’t return of the meal even if the meal was free

  The meal from hell. They have the worst. Customer service ever they allows you to wait even though they have open seats they do not accommodate your needs I Will neVer return

  Not so express lunch. I went here to eat lunch with my co workers and we were sat at a table with no waiter. We waited 15 min, I asked a lady about taking our order, the went to find a waiter but never came back. 10 min later still no service. The chef had to wave someone over to take our order. The guy that came to take our orders was a manager and he didn’t know what he was doing. He got our orders mixed up, he got our drinks mixed up (only 3 of us), and he had to change our tickets 2 times. It was a bad experience.

  Horrible Time. I had a very bad experience with Benihana . I went there for my birthday and received horrible service. Although I didn’t make reservations I was told at first my wait would be at least 45 mins, and I was ok with that. After the 45 mins had passed i went back up to the counter and then was told 30 more mins. I then started to get a little irritated, as time passed I went back up to the counter and then was told another hour! Altogether I was there for at least an hour and a half to 2 hours. I was extremely upset and wish they would have told me from the jump that my wait would be longer than 45 mins.

  The chef Eric was awesome! Food was so yummy! We had a horrible, rude waitress but the manager made it right. We will give them another try.
