Tootlove. They food was great! I love the quaint cozy feel of the restaurant. Our reservations were for 6pm. No one was there yet. Other than 2 people at the bar. The DJ didn’t get started till we were almost done with dinner about 8pm. They were listed for having live music, so that was disappointing. I will go back, but I will make sure to call first & find out what the entertainment is like before I go.

I don’t support any place that can’t pay employees on time terrible business shame on the owners05 Jan, 2014Last time me and my family when to cafe circa before the new year around Christmas it was a terrible experience… We walk in and everyone is staring at us like what are we doing there acting like we shouldn’t be here I do not know if it was because we where white and everyone one was black but I deff felt tension.. I call it racism, we finally got the food to go .. Our server was nasty with an attitude her name was jasmine .. The manager on the other hand was the only person that treated us very well his name was eddy.. This is 2014 people we are all human!!!!!
