Appalling service & no delivery to Old Fourth Ward. Pizza is good. Service is appalling. Decor is disgusting. And worst of all, they have just decided, in the last 36 hours, to stop offering delivery service to my street. Seriously, I ordered pizza for delivery on Friday, and now on Sunday they tell me I am out of their delivery range. They have been delivering to my house almost weekly for at least nine months now. When I asked the manager why the restaurant no longer provides delivery service to my street he informed me that they’ve never delivered to my street. He also really didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned about my inconvenience or about losing me as a customer. I will not be patronizing this establishment again, nor will any of my friends. If Cameli’s can’t support folks who live less than two miles from them, why should we support them? Would rather put my money into local businesses that actually care about the people they serve.
It’s ok. I bought a Groupon after some folks raved it was the best pizza in Atl. The caprese salad was really good; the pizza was just ok. I probably wouldn’t go back.
Crappy service and totally over rated. The past three times I was there they messed up my order, and at their prices that should be a crime.The afternoon staff is generally rude to locals, and every time I have been there the service was terrible. They keep you waiting even when the place is empty.The porch feels like something form a prison, and you can not sit outside without being harassed by bums.The sandwiches are terrible. Honestly, I can think of a dozen other places I would rather spend my money. . I don’t know why people think the pizza’s good. Probably because they have not tried the dozen other better places to get pizza and beer in the neighborhood.
Likes it. My husband and I moved to Atlanta almost a year ago. We have tried some pizza joints down here, but omg nothing compares to Cameli’s Pizza, the pasta stuffed cheese sticks to die for, and the pizza was amazing, I ate more pizza here than I ever have. The service was outstanding, the server we had was helpful and very knowledgeable. I can say I will definately go back, too bad it’s been 2 month’s since I’ve gotten over that way. All I can say is try it out for yourself and you will find the one and only pizza joint you will ever eat at again!!
Suspect location, great pizza & good beer
Great pizza and they deliver. Puts Fellini’s and everybody’s to shame. The sauce is incredible.
