People who dont care for the decoration may or may not be right, but the Chicago style pizza is definitely worth the visit . Service was very friendly. The only thing I would change is to have some good Chicago style beer to go with the pizza. For some reason imports just seem wrong. Need a Bud or Goose Island.
Place was kind of dirty and a little far out. Lots of locals here. No Alcohol served. Pizza was good and there was a lot of it! Probably should have called this one in and eaten in the hotel though. Place kind of felt like Pizza Hut
Service is good, pizza is great. I was raised on Giordano’s and Uno’s, and I can honestly say that the pizza here is on par with a real Chicago deep dish pizza.
Their flatbread is much better than deep dish. Service is attentive. The kitchen set a record for how long it can possibly take to produce a small flatbread cheese pizza. Good food nonetheless
Unpleasant experience, will not return.. Last night my friend and I ordered from Nancy’s Pizza in Midtown and were looking forward to our meal. The pizza arrived on time but unfortunately was not cooked all the way through, so we did not eat it. Unhappy about $30 being spent on a inedible pizza, I called the location this morning to talk to a manager about it. After explaining the whole story, the manager told me they would send a new one out this evening, and that my friend who paid for it just needed to call in to verify it.When the friend called in, the new manager on shift said he knew nothing about a pizza being sent out for free and would not be able to do it, even went as far as to request a picture of last night’s pizza, as though to imply we were lying. The manager this morning did not request a photo, and most likely sending a photo almost 24 hours after receiving the pizza would not show the raw dough, since it had been refrigerated before it was thrown out.The manager said he would have the store owner call us tomorrow to offer a discount..Discount? Discount on what? All we wanted was a replacement of the doughy mess we were sent last night that we paid for. Very disappointed in the companies lack of customer service and poor communication between managers. We will be taking our business elsewhere and making sure our friends and neighbors know that Nancy’s Pizza is not worth their money.
We ate at the Buckhead location on Monday and you can see my review on that location. We ordered the meat deep dish and paid about $4 more than at Buckhead. Plus, this location is also waitress served so we had to tip. This location had a cheesier and saucier pizza but less meaty and the crust was not quite as good. Given the price differential and tip, we’ll eat at the Buckhead location if we’re ever back in Atlanta. If you do visit this midtown location, you can park at the Krispy Kreme parking lot next door according to our waitress.
Rude service from cashier. Great food.
