Great corn muffins…. …bland bbq. You should not have to smoother bbq meat with sauce to TRY to add some type of flavor. I had the pork sandwich with coleslaw and had to add sauce to every bite. Husband’s brisket sandwich was bland as well and received heavy sauce with each bite. Please season meat for bbq’ing.
