Worst Brazilian Steakhouse Ever!. Pretty much sampled every meat/protein option they offered (which by the way was somewhat limited compared to other Brazilian steakhouses) as I kept hoping that each particular option (e.g., flank, filet (sirloin filet at best), lamb, etc.) might somehow taste better then the previous offering but alas after tasting them all it was utterly disappointing. Most options were bland or even had a foul aftertaste, often chewy, and mostly under cooked (though I’ll admit I am more of a medium well person). It is also scary that the servers travel down a hallway to an unseen location to re-up their spits. Although you could say a lot of restaurants have unseen kitchens this is the first Brazilian steakhouse I have seen not have an open kitchen concept. Ultimately though my judgement of the quality of a Brazilian steakhouse is the offering of Beef Ribs and how good they taste. In this case, much to my chagrin, they told me they were out of them when I specifically asked. It was like 7PM on a Wednesday night and you are going to tell me you don’t have beef ribs???? At that point I just shut it down and called it a day after just one round of rancid offerings and a subpar salad/buffet bar that really was insulting for a minimum $45 sitting price. Bottom line is this place doesn’t even compare to Texas de Brazil or Fago de Chao chains or even some other stand alone ones I have been too. There is a Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters across the street where your $45 will go much further and at least you know what your walking in to. 0 stars out of 5 for this horrid place.
Spoiled food. Some of the items were good, however many were not eatable. The lamb chops were spoiled. One of us spit it out the other ate a bite. It smelled so bad we had to move it away from us. They told us it was alright, just not cooked properly. We overheard them tell someone they were not serving any more.
16 cuts…in 2 hours we only got 8 different choices, meat was cold, fatty, and rare. Ask for your check and get some real food elsewhere. Service was horrifically slow and bad. Had to beg for a second drink.
Don’t waste your money. The meat was beyond well done to the point of almost being jerky. When we asked for rare, they brought out meat which was raw and argued about how meat should be cooked. What was eatable, had the flavor of lighter fluid. I have been to numerous churrascarias and this was the worst.
Horrible. I would not go back if it was free. I took my wife today and the food was extremely bland. This was my 2nd and last visit. I provided my feedback to the owner Brent and manager Marcos and neither seemed interested in my concerns. After leaving, I decided to look the restaurant up and read their reviews (wish I did this first). Coincidentally, there were several negative reviews regarding the same issue of the meat being tough and not flavorful. I contacted management when I returned home and they were very defensive of their cooking process, while I was only providing my experience. Keep in mind I was offered a discount on my food and I declined as that was not my goal. I was simply providing feedback. I really wish i read the reviews before visiting this restaurant. Going forward, I will make sure to discourage anyone from attending this restaurant if they are looking for quality Brazilian Steakhouse. On a good note the host and waitress were excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant they work for offers bland and over cooked food.
Horrible food, DONT GO!. This place is just absolutely horrendous. The staff was unfriendly, food was terrible. I have had better steak than this place. What made me so upset was when I complained about the food to the manager, the man didn’t care whatsoever about my concerns and was an absolute jerk. Will never come back here again. There’s better restaurants on this street.
Wonderful experience~. My mother in law treated the entire family to this scrumptious goodness while she was on holiday here. I was at a week-long conference downtown & this restaurant was perfectly located since it was right next to the Westin Peachtree. This was my families 1st experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse & we were impressed & delighted. We had a fantastic experience, not only was the food delicious, the customer service was superb. It was memorable & I still crave it.
