Great spot within walking distance from the Congress convention center. Very professional staff and the food was delicious. The atmosphere has a mix feel of sports bar and diner.
I made the mistake of visiting this establishment before a concert at the State Farm Arena. If you ever have the chance to do that, go ahead and pass. The place was extremely crowded and LOUD. The service was slow and the food took about 40 minutes. Ive never seen a restaurant, even at full capacity, take that long for greasy bar food. The waitress was sweet and apologetic but she couldnt do anything about the sorry kitchen staff. We ordered two different kinds of relatively healthy sandwiches. The food was very greasy, even the whole restaurant inside and out smelled like old grease. Ive been to one other Hudson Grille location and it was FANTASTIC. This one is unfortunately in the pits of hell itself and poorly managed. So after a $75 bill for two sandwiches and two cocktails, I felt like I was raped and they used old grease to lube me up.
