Kiri is a delicious Asian food option in the Piedmont Park area. Parking can be kind of terrible sometimes because the Trader Joes parking lot is just so awful. Kiri is tucked away next to Mellow Mushroom and the menu options are great. The service is friendly and quick. Try the yakisoba, so so good. Kiri is a great option for a quick but nice meal.
Not terrible but not great either. Had the bibimbap. It was flavorful but was missing something. Perhaps I should’ve had it with beef and not shrimp. Also the Dolsot pot did not stay hot long enough so my rice wasn’t very crispy. The service was great. They were all quite friendly. I’d give this place a C.
Thank God, not another burger joint in Midtown/VaHi. The food: decent. The staff: attentive and friendly. The vibe: minimalist, Asian fast foodish. Family friendly: yes.
New Restaurant. Really good special rolls. Price is decent to what you get. Environment is modern, clean, and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
Hamachi nigiri was not great quality (fishy) and poorly sliced (very thick and clumsily sliced). The sushi chef personally came out and apologized and offered to give us something else. The bulgogi was flavorful and tender. As good or better than some on Beauford HWY.The Kalbi unfortunately was not seasoned with the yummy Korean marinade. It was well cooked but not really all that tasty. The dishes came out with a side of brown rice and veggies. Maybe just a tad expensive for what you get. We’ll come back and try the bibimbap. It has lots of potential but falls a bit short right now.
