Mali has become our go-to restaurant in Virginia-Highlands Morningside Neighborhood. We either dine in on a sociable Friday night or as many locals do, make sure that we call in our take-out order as a Sunday night tradition. In my opinion, Mali’s sushi is near the freshest around, I am just as nearly satisfied as if at Umi. (Nearly). However we went to Mali this year on our anniversary and it was as great as always. So for the first time in the 60+ times we have dined at Mali, I posed a few photos.
Awesome Thai restaurant! Everything we had was delicious. I had the Pik King Pork and my husband had the Pad Thai which was the best he ever had. The pork was very flavorful as well. I had the garlic rice which was a nice addition for $2 extra. I had the Pear Tree Martini which was sooo good. I would definitely recommend trying it. Overall great food and experience. Service was great too. Will be back soon!
