Not bad, didn’t know there was a location in SE Atlanta, the waffles are huge and not too crispy, selective parking, bustling area, decent service. I’ll return.

Best chicken and waffles I have ever had. Chicken is white meat and boneless perfectly cooked with heavenly caramelization/fry breading skin. Waffles are incredible with big chunks of bacon inside. Add some good maple syrup/powdered sugar and bacon and you truly cant go wrong. Seemed slightly on the high side cost wise but quality definitely merited. I definitely recommend tacking them down when in ATL. Plus they took cards!!

This is by far the best food truck in Atlanta. I have eaten at nana g’s at multiple events and am always ranting and raving about it. Whether it be the waffles with large hunks of bacon, the perfect fried pickles, the chicken wings or the great fries, you can’t go wrong with Nana G’s. Do yourself a favor and try these guys next time you see them

Unbelievably good.. I’m going to immediately cut to the chase: Nana G’s has the best chicken fingers I have ever eaten, hands down. Today I attended the Athens Food Cart Festival and was excited to eat Nana G’s for the second time (the first time was also in Athens.) I ordered the #5, which includes three chicken fingers, garlic fries, honey mustard and ketchup for $7. I added on a can of Diet Coke to make the meal a total of $8. First things first, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The chicken is huge, and is so golden brown it looks like it’s covered in a sauce. They are moist, hot, incredibly seasoned mega chunks of white meat chicken with garlic fries. The service is pretty quick, too, considering the onslaught of people in line. I have yet to have the waffles, so I can’t attest to those, but the chicken is perfect. The only downside is the personnel. The two men working the grills, who were working both times I have eaten at Nana G’s, are extremely nice and friendly, and quick to flash you a smile and make sure your meal was perfect. However, I asked the woman today how much it would cost to add on an extra chicken finger (so I’d get 4 instead of 3) and she gave me a look like I just kicked her first born child. She told me I couldn’t, no explanation. And that was that. Regardless, I will never miss an opportunity to eat Nana G’s and you shouldn’t either. If you see the red truck, start running.
