Cool bar atmosphere. I have not eated at Proof and Provision but I have been with friends for drinks. The cocktail selection is nice with interesting options. I had the Love Bruise and the Southern 75, both were great. The decor and general atmosphere is really pleasant. Definitely worth a try for a drink with friends.

I had a glass of house chardonnay before going to see War Horse. Does anyone know what vineyard this wine was from? It was very good! The caesar salad was outstanding.
BRAVO!!!. We were greeted with a smiling face by Kayla, and sidled up to the cool bar with an atmosphere of mad chemists at work. What a great place. Great people. Nate and Alex rocked the bar with their home made creations and infusions…WHOA!! When it takes a few minutes to make a drink which required numerous steps and touches of magic, you cannot help but savor the concoction. You would do yourself a injustice by ordering anything other than what is on the menu. The Food!!!??? We sampled a few different menu items, from the English Breakfast with black pudding to the succulent duck fat prepared chicken wings…as well as a lovely sampling of cheeses and it is apparent that everyone in this place is PASSIONATE about the food, the drinks, that they buy local ingredients and make their own products. KUDOS, BRAVO, and we cannot wait to get back to Atlanta just to enjoy this great little Atlanta creation.
