Me and a bunch of friends were excited to check this place out this weekend. The experience though was not as enjoyable due to the service. We ordered edamame, tempura, mango rolls, vegetable rolls and Kiran. It took forever the order to arrive, the beer came halfway through our dinner and without glasses. We asked for water refills and didn’t get them for 15 minutes. The food was not half as bad but the service ruined it for us. Probably would’ve been wiser to not visit during weekends.

Terrible service, ok food. There is bad service and then there’s this sh** hole. This is a perfect example of idiots with money who open up a joint but don’t realize that they can’t hire a bunch of incompetent morons to run it. Really wanted it to be a good restaurant but the service was beyond terrible. Even after we respectfully let the manager know. This was not even on a busy night.Food was ok other than the hot appetizer that was served almost room temperature(again, a service issue).
Mediocre at Best. Short Version: Food: Nothing to brag or complain about…. Genki’s sushi is much better Service: Absolutely horrible. took over an hour to get our plates. Ambiance: Very trendy and classyWe had a party of 10 people, appetizers came out pretty quickly, but the wait staff was not very attentive and we constantly had to flag down our server (due mainly to overall mismanagement). It took about 15 minutes for us to get our drinks after we sat down and over an hour for us to be served our food. We all ordered at once, however, our dinner was not served at the same time so we ended up not eating together.The food wasn’t anything to rave or complain about. A bit overpriced for the quality, which is on par with RuSans. The experience was really bad, after speaking to the manger, he claimed that the kitchen was backed up by 45 minutes. Unacceptable. Manager said he would look at our bill to adjust accordingly. No adjustments were made to our $700+ tab, only free vouchers for free appetizers. Gratuity was not automatically added, but our waitress was very nice. I attribute the bad service to bad management and not the wait staff. 18-20% was left.Summary. Overpriced, mediocre sushi with bad/ horrible management. I seldom leave reviews, but this experience had to be noted.
—. The food is great, but the service is way below par. I have been multiple times with different sizes of groups, and I always seem to find that the waiters are not attentive. You literally have to waive them down for refills and to order more drinks. I always tip well, but nothing seems to change.
