I ordered the pulled pork sandwhich and it was literally dripping with grease. So disgusting! The slaw that comes with the meal was dry. The Mac and cheese was not that good either. I will not return.

Wouldn’t suggest eating here if you want good BBQ. Meats are smoked bi-weekly at an off sight location and transported in a non refrigerated vehicle. All the sides are made in restaurant but can sit in the walkin for upto 5 days, and reheated anywhere from 2-3 times before being thrown away.

    Pulled chicken was outstanding.

Schizophrenic menu–but it works!. I come from Kentucky, via North Carolina, and have opinions about the best way to do ‘cue. Sweet Auburn’s menu tries to capture many styles under one roof and does a good job of it. Their sauces were unique and had subtle flavors that made the ‘cue the style you wanted. Vinegar? They’ve got it. Sweet? Yep.Their mint tea was amazing! And their sides were the best I’ve had in a long time (baked beans, especially). Definitely recommended to someone who is downtown and wants a quick bite.

Awesome Q. Best Texas BBQ brisket in Atlanta…nice smoke flavor that doesn’t need any sauce. The sauces are great too and just adds to the wonderful flavor. They serve it on nice thick Texas toast…worth the drive to Sweet Auburn market if you don’t catch their truck.
