Visited over the Peach Bowl week and we had the buffalo nachos and the bison meat loaf sandwich and Georges Cadillac Bison burger. Service was good, worth visiting once.

My waiter Ebony was great! Very friendly and attentive. The food…… I won’t say great. After a 6 hr drive of being hungry, my family only ate half of their meals. (Go figure) I had the bison mini burgers and I think they were just regular beef rather than bison. They weren’t that great. I think I’ve had better at apple bees. The steak my daughter has was pretty good however the French fries, she complained that they were too hard. Idk.. Maybe it was an off day so I may try them again.

The eggless Cesar dressing should read olive oil with processed Parmesan. The Delmonico Ribeye had so much salt my lips are cracking. More salt on the steak than the fries.

It was good enough that we went here twice in one day. We were in Atlanta when there was a very large convention so all of the downtown restaurants were very busy. We went twice in one day. The food was excellent both times. We tried the bison pot roast, bison short ribs, and a couple of different bison burgers. All were excellent. The sides were also good. The fries are made fresh on premises. We have eaten bison burgers many times in the past and these are far and away the best we have had. It is a very lean meat, yet these remainder juicy in a way that was not even a little greasy. My wife and I shared a hot brownie for dessert. It was our 3rd choice. The conference had eaten them out of our first couple of choices. Our server at dinner (John) was excellent. Showed up at just the right times.

Sat right in front of the kitchen and enjoyed a small free sample of the bison nachos (delicious!) and enjoyed watching this great kitchen staff pull together the meals. Loved the bison salad and the French fries are incredible! Would recommend!

We sat at the bar seats open to the kitchen. The cook right by us gave us taste of a few items. Solid menu choices and execution! The best mashed potatoes I have had out in a long time!

Great staff, Great location, Great ambience but ehhhh food.. I was VERY excited to try the bison. Drinks were good and the staff perfect but the bison ribeye (ordered medium rare) tasted good but not $30.00 kinda good. It had a lut of gristle and there was a pat of butter on top. Looked great but the meat was so room temp that the butter wasn’t melting. The cauliflower cassarole was really good but my brocoli was a lttle undercooked and tough. It was a good experience but a little bit too pricy.
