Don’t like it. Slow service with an attitude….never again
My husband and I found this by driving around Atlanta to find a brunch spot. This was resturant week and one of the start of BQE opening for brunch. The veggie omelet was great, the grits were amazing! My husband got the chicken and waffles, regular flavor. He loved it! Great food! Great overall experience, a little disorganized but I hope they work it out.
Food is good, organization is horrible. Don’t come with more than two people. Most of the orders mixed up. One never came, email comformation wasn’t confirmed. Just said, we can take care of you with only two waiters. Well, NOT..
I was totally pleased with BQE! Wife n I took a gamble on going out for the evening without planning n the food is great!! Drinks weren’t bad either. Walter Jordan the manager is a constant professional!!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. I planned a dinner here for about 25-30 of my dad’s friends and family for his birthday at the last minute and I must say I was impressed. They accommodated my guest list as it grew throughout the week, and the staff and food was excellent. The best things was my dad enjoyed it so much. Along with the surprise of seeing everyone he enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment. I would recommend BQE to anyone that’s planning a small gathering. Great food, service, drinks, and music. The manager was real cool and made sure we were all taken care of from the time we hit the door. I’ll be back just to chill and enjoy myself.
BQE is the new place to be. I celebrated my birthday recently on a Friday at BQE with a few of my friends. We all enjoyed the ambiance, service and the menu selection. The Southern Comfort food was very good, along with drinks. We had a good time listening then dancing to music from Mike ( DJ Web) Webster. It’s a nice spot to go if you don’t want to be at a huge night club and still have a great night out. The decor and vibe is reminiscent of a sexy New York lounge spot. Walter Jordan, you did it gain! I will be back!
Great Food & Atmosphere. I just celebrated a birthday at BQE. The food was amazing. The red velvet waffles, fried chicken, collard greens, shrimp & grits, and the catfish appetizer was spot on. You won’t be disappointed.
