Great service, fun food experience. First off, hats off to the hosting staff for accommodating my party of five, early on a Saturday evening, without reservations. We had a great meal experience as a result. We all had the 4 course deal so we could try a bit of everything. I think we all enjoyed the food, and the fun of fondue on top of that. Please try this restaurant if you’re the least bit curious!
Terrible service! We came for drinks dessert only and waited for well over 15 minutes for a waiter and almost 25 just for drinks. I could possible understand if the restaurant was busy but there were no more than 10 tables seated. The chocolate fondue was just fine but not worth the bad service and long wait.
Great food and lots of fun cooking at your table. Great atmosphere & service. Pricy, but great a special event.
Yummy Chocolate Fondue. We got the main entree with some apparently special dipping sauce that you have to pay $6 extra for (or there’s 2 that you don’t have to pay for). So we thought, we’re out, let’s splurge a little. Not worth it. The best part of the meal was the chocolate fondue. It was delicious and came in a variety of flavors to choose from. Now we only go to Melting Pot for the chocolate fondue.
My wife and I recieved a gift card to the Melting Pot so that was the main reason we went. Overall we were very pleased and had a really good time. From start to finish our server Evan was laid back but still very attentive. He went thru the whole process of our different options and what we could expect. We ordered the Wisconsin Cheese Trio to start and it was very good. Our salads were excellent I had the Caeser salad and my wife had the California salad. Our main courses were both excellent and the amount of food is more than enough. The dessert was as awesome as we expected w/ the Original chocolate that came w/ cheesecake, brownies, misc fruit and other items as well. Let’ me say that from start to finish it was a fun night w/ very good food and good service. The only thing is that I don’t see my wife and I going back. While very good all around, I’d be hard pressed to see my wife and I choosing to go back at some future date. The reason for that is that it felt like a one off experience and were glad that even tho that’s the case we did have a great time. I highly recommend the Melting Pot if for nothing else than a fun new experience.
Great Birthday Pressent!. We went out to eat here for my birthday this year and I have to say it was pretty amazing! The service was awesome and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, but really expensive. It was a fun and friendly dining experience that would be fun for the whole family!
Deliciousness. This place is amazing. I loved it. Its a little pricey but worth it and also the chocolate fondue is heaven
