Great Food , wonderful atmosphere. It’s easy to see why this place is an institution. The menu is traditional, but the preparation and presentation are very fresh and exciting. Will be back again

Went with coworkers for a Christmas celebration. Hard to find location, decent parking, cordial staff. Urbane decor in a renovated warehouse with bay doors. Mixed urban bustling regular crowd. Rooms available for private parties. Non-traditional menu items. Pit style restaurant, the prep area is in the middle of the floor and the tables are surrounding the food prep area, so you smell the aroma of the food continuously. The meat is on a rotisserie & comes to the table juicy & flavorful. The price is commensurate with the dining experience, located on Ralph McGill downtown. Great place to take a visitor.
I was quite impressed with our recent visit to this restaurant. The restaurant can be slightly difficult to find but just follow the signs to the back. We made reservations and were seated promptly. The place is huge and there didn’t seem to be a wait but i would definitely make reservations….
Wonderful atmosphere (although I’d go on weeknights rather than weekends bc it tends to get pretty busy) and music. The food options are great and the service is amazing! Would really recommend it!
