Awesome cheesesteaks and sausages. No frills place which seemingly always has a Scoutmob. The Banana Pudding Milkshake is awesome, must try.
Not even close. See I’m from Philadelphia born and raised. And up Noth we chop our cheese steaks up they didnt. The rolls are short and fat, not slim and doughy like up North. Also I wanted a chicken cheese steak ( because I don’t eat beef) they didn’t have it! They only had turkey whatttttt!!!! A Turkey cheese steak (excuse me?!!!) But i still figured let me give it a try. It was terrible they used DELI STYLE turkey (lunchmeat) See in Philly you have the option of beef or chicken cheese steaks made anyway you want. Sorry guys but if you don’t eat beef and want a chicken cheese steak DON’T GO TO WOODY’S.
Best Cheesesteak not in Philly. I have eaten at Woody’s for years. I went to High School in Philly and I am there often. When I am in ATL Woody’s is a must. I can find Cheesesteaks anywhere that even begin to taste like Philly unless I am in Philly, except here are Woody’s. If you want the real deal this is where you go..

I was very disappointed….. No flavor in the meat…. Something about the bread not quite there for me…. I’ve never been to Philly, but from other more flavorful sandwiches I’ve had, this would he at the bottom of my list…. And no fries…!?!?!?!
