After 20+ years of visiting the ATL several times a year and passing Woody’s untold times on the way to my brothers in Virginia Highlands we finally checked it out. Solid, hot food, quick service, dog friendly and great outdoor seating. After a long walk in Piedmont Park everything about it hit the spot.
Decent FoodWoodys has been around forever. For some reason Ive not gotten there until now.Ive tried all the top cheesesteak places in Philadelphia and this wasnt as good as back there. But the cheesesteak was nice. Slaw was only OK. Milkshakes were very good and excellent value.
