Unacceptable Service towards closing – When does Mulan REALLY close?. My family tends to eat out late because of our business. We are disappointed with Mulan’s servers and management. Mulan closes at 10pm on Sunday. We arrived and were seated at 9:25pm. We were told as we were being seated that we had to pay our check by 9:45 and finish our dinner by 10pm. We were offended, decided that we would not be rushed and left. On the way out, I spoke with the manager and asked why we were told this at 9:25pm. I felt it was unusual and rude. He went to speak with the server. The manager came back and explained/agreed that the registers close at 9:45pm but said the waiter did not say we had to leave exactly at 10pm. We disagreed and told him that he was not there. We have never experienced a restaurant telling us when we have to pay and leave – 35 minutes before closing. We will never patronize Mulan’s again. I suggest they close at 9pm so then can allow a better customer experience towards closing and still leave by 10pm.

Great for takeout. This is the best chinese place in the cascades. i used to pick up dinner from this place once a week. it doesn’t matter what you get, it’s going to be good.
Great chinese food in Cascades. Mulan has great food. I particularly like the seafood lo mein. I am not found of their sushi though. The staff is very friendly.
CHINA ON CASCADE. Excellent food, not your typical Chinese Resturant with combo specials. Real food on real plates and waiters. This is a upscale spot with very very very good food.
