VERY, VERY POOR SEVICE!. In fact it was so poor, I didn’t even get the chance to try it out.I called in for a delivery to my Hotel. The man that answered the Phone was rude and put me on hold for an eternity before I hung up!Fine ! I just called the next Chinese place on my list ofdelivery options my hotel provided .I just wanted to add that I am the most understanding person on The planet. I understand people get busy and overworked.
Horrible service!. I have been to this restaurant twice, and each time I have experienced horrible customer service. It is very obvious that this establishment does not like black folks! Black people please do not waste your time and money, especially since the food is nothing to brag to Mama about!! And, expensive to boot!
Service is poor. The food is consistently good. However, the hostess is distant and rude. Rest of the servers are pleasant.
Chinese Good Food. Chin Chin does it right. Their food is fresh & tasty and presented nicely to boot. It was very cool to go to a Chinese restaurant and be able to see straight into the kitchen through a big tinted picture window. This feature was both intriguing & reassuring & we really enjoyed knowing that they didn’t mind us seeing how our food was prepared. The wonton soup & crab rangoon are just perfect. The golden crispy prawns in orange grand marnier sauce are huge and delicious. The mongolian beef is a flavor explosion that is definitely worth your while. The service was fine, but nothing notable. It seems Chin Chin has a nicely consistent dinner crowd along with a very steady carry out business. We took some friends to Chin Chin our second go around and they were equally satisfied. Chin Chin frequently appears on Groupon and we always make sure to head in their direction when we get a craving for classic Chinese comfort food.
The service was ok, but the food was nothing special for the price.
