The staff was extremely friendly and courteous I was thrilled to find out that I was not limited to turkey bacon that they actually had pork bacon and pork gravy the biscuits soft fluffy don’t come there with a small appetite will definitely return to this place and many many times
Pros: The Biscuits! OMG the Biscuits. Delicious.Cons: Terrible service. I understand if you are busy, however, I feel like our server forgot about us. After we got our food he disappeared. I never got syrup with my pancakes (which were undercooked) and my friend had to flag down another server for our check after 10 minutes. Overall I don’t know if I would come back and if I did I certainly wouldn’t dine-in. There are much better places to eat with excellent service in Brookhaven. Don’t waste your time unless you have all the time in the world to wait and really really want some Biscuits.

Consistently bad service, unfriendly waitstaff, slow responding management. What happened to this location??
The worst service and food. I live close and decided to try it a additional two other times and it was horrible compared to the others. TJ is by far the best server they have. The waitress sit around and watch tv with the customers and use profanity. I will NEVER come back to this location until management is changed (your employees are a reflection of management).
The worst service we’ve ever received at a Flying Biscuit… Unfriendly, had to ask for simple things three or four times, even left the bacon off aneggstravaganza (comes with bacon)… Food also was not to usual standard. Better to try a different location.
