Frozen pizza is better. This is absolutely THE WORST pizza(?) dough ever!! I really think they buy frozen piZa and resell it. YUK!!

I haven’t ventured to try anything other than the pizza, wings and ranch rolls, so I can’t speak to the pasta, sandwiches, etc. but from what I have tried, it was all GREAT! I recommend this place to everyone. It has become our go-to for pizza and wings in Brookhaven.

Galla’s Pizza Chamblee. BAD EXPERIENCE AT GALLA’S: On yesterday, I had a sizeable order for a family gathering from Galla’s Chamblee. I asked that the pizza’s were half baked or baked lite because I wanted them to finish cooking them at home in order for them to be hot when my guest arrived. My husband picked up the pizza’s later than expected. I was told by Holly that the GM, cooked my order and because my husband was late, they put the pizza’s in the warmer to keep them warm at 75-80 degrees max. Now if I want to finish cooking pizzas at home (as specifically indicated at the time I placed my order), why would I need them to be warm? When you order half-baked pizzas from Boccis or LaNovas thats what you get. I have ordered half-baked pizzas before. When I called Gallas to get some resolution, I did NOT receive any. I was basically told it was my fault for not picking up the pizzas at the indicated time. As a Buffalo native I have been a marketing bullhorn for Gallas and I will certainly a bullhorn in this instance as well. I will never use Gallas Chamblee for private catering. Their inability to take any ownership is not acceptable for this customer. What happened to the customer is always right????

Philly Cheese Steak. I can’t speak to its authenticity, but MAN. What a sandwich.Unless you’re a rather hungry person, the half is actually a whole (albeit smaller) version that one person might could take down. We usually order the Whole Philly and a basket of italian chips (fried in house) on hangover Sunday.

I tried the regular chicken Parmesan sandwich. It went down good but it gave me a little indigestion. It comes with chips or you can get fries for additional $$. And there is no option to add a salad, meaning it costs full price to add one to your lunch. Vintage pizza makes a better bigger chicken Parmesan sub.for less $$ with an option to add whatever salad you want …….

Worse than Chuck E Cheese. We tried Galla’s tonight after striking out at another italian restaurant. We had previously tried their pizza, was not impressed, but decided to go there and try table service. The man who took our order was very nice but that’s where the great stuff ended. For some reason, (on a Tues night), there were a TON of kids there and they were just running around like crazy. I know that is mostly the parents fault but maybe the restaurant should have put this group of kids in their own special section as it was clear they were all together. (I am a Mom so I’m not anti-kid) Then the food. I split a pizza with my son and also got a side of pasta. The pasta still had tons of water in it and was greasy. The pizza was so-so – not good, not bad. My husband had a calzone which was way too big and they didn’t even melt the cheese. We will not be back and will instead make the drive into Buckhead for better italian.
