Overflow parking in the lower lot has a big black dumpster style rat trap where we heard rats/varmints flinging themselves against the metal container where the were trapped. Enough for me to just order water while I watched the baseball team eat. Food took 2 plus hours to arrive for some This place needs to be followed up on from health standpoint.

Best Burger. For me this is the best burger in town. There are several places around, I have not been for a burger. Right now when I want a burger, I go to Jo’s. I will concede that the service is not as speedy as I’d like; but every time I have been to this place, it is packed. Every time my burger has arrived to the table, it has been fresh, tasty, and prepared exactly how I asked for it. Warning; it will not fit in your mouth. But it will be a great meal if you don’t mind using your napkin a bit. (isn’t that what burgers are all aboot anyway?)

I had to try this place after hearing about the burgers. I will say the hype is good. Burgers here are great! However service could be a little better though.

Awesome burgers!. I’ve driven by Jo’s Grille a million times and they’re always packed. Finally decided to see what the hype is about after talking to a few people who have eaten there. They all recommended the burger so that’s what I tried. They weren’t wrong because the burger was delicious! Highly recommended.

Fantastic neighborhood restaurant. Solid basic fare. Good burgers, great steaks, salads & fantastic wings. Cold beer and a nice patio. Staff is very friendly. A neighboorhood favorite.

Clearing up early…. Just got back from Jo’s Grille on a saturday evening. The time is 9:55pm. This place closes at 10. I was enjoying dinner with my family until the employees decided to start closing down for the evening while we were still eating. First they turned the chairs upside down on the empty tables, then they got their coats out, kindly refrained from putting them on though. Next, they took my mum and sisters plate away whilst I was still eating and turned the television off….This is all going on at 9:30, 30 minutes prior to their closing time! This should all be done once their customers have left. I found it damn right rude and inconsiderate to do all this while people are trying to enjoy their meal. I offered to turn the lights off and put the dishes in the washer when I was finished for them but that just confused our waitress.
