Panchos has huge, affordable pitchers of strong margaritas, an excellent patio atmosphere and friendly service. Their fajitas are fresh and loaded with veggies and generous portions of meat. None of my experiences (and I visit at least once a week) has been consistent with the negative commentary below; perhaps there have been changes in management or service standards. In any case, it’s awesome and my go-to spot.
Great chips and salsa and the margs are the bomb. Service can be a bit off but it’s usually a pretty busy place.
Wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming here. Horrible food and service. Here on vacation and hate that I wasted one of myeals at this place. Taco Bell is much better.
Ugh. Terrible place.. Not sure which was worse–the food or the service. I could barely make myself finish my first bite. I’m not even sure how they can make guacamole so bad–it was green whipped stuff that had no resemblance of anything avocado. The waiter had a flippant attitude and made it obvious that he didn’t care much for us or the fact that our food was horrible.
Overcharged!!. I asked for a small guacamole and the waitress brought out the appetizer portion whatever that means… Well it means that it’s actually larger and it’s $7, not $2.50. When I pointed that out on the bill, she said there was nothing she could do. So you’re telling me out of every restaurant in the US, Pancho’s is the only one without a ‘void button’ on their computer??? She wouldn’t take it off my bill so I let that be her tip… Stay away unless you want to get swindled.

Service sucks ass here. We waited for our bill for like an hr and when we got it finally it had all those charges on there and it had the tip included. Who does that?? Service wad slow and the tip thing just pushed us over the edge. Will not go back there
