It is one of the best alternatives to order. It comes so fast and makes you so full. Even middle size chicken pizza makes me full. You had an option to create your own pizza, this is also another good feature of this place.
Great customer service. I’ve lived in the area for 3 years and have never had a problem ordering from this location. Today my pizza came super quick, however, it wasn’t delivered with the $4 worth of pepperocini’s I ordered (a bit fanatic, I know). I tried to catch the delivery guy out the door but he was already on the elevator so I immediately called and only asked for my 3-4 dollar refund. The guy went above and beyond and said my next order is a free large pizza of my choice and it’s added to my account for me to just call it in. They went above and beyond my expectations of a silly 3-4 dollar refund. Thanks guys!
This location, 3400 Buford Hyw, sucks. Do not order from them. They cannot seem to deliver within an hour. They left my pizza in the delivery car for over an hour. The manager was rude and unreasonable when I called to cancel my order. I was hung up on twice. Don’t order from this location.
I’m not sure if I have problems getting my pizza in a timely manner b/c I’m lumped in with Emory University (& likely lots of pizza ordering), but it takes so long every time to actually receive my pizza. Papa Johns has compensated me several times, but if I can physically get dressed, go to the grocery, come home, & cook a frozen pizza in a shorter amount of time than it takes for one to be ordered / delivered, then something is wrong. I’ll be stocking up on frozen more from now on…
