I usually don’t review food chain places but I couldn’t resist with this one. Penn Station is a sub place that makes Subway look like dog food which it rightfully is. The place offer hot or cold subs, they also offer fries that are cooked in peanut oil but put to shame those limp ones at Five Guys. The Philly cheesesteak is very good. The chicken parm is also excellent and offers tasty red sauce. My favorite is the pizza sub loaded with sauted onions and mushrooms, don’t forget to add Italian sausage. Next time you want a sandwich, don’t eat that Subway crap treat yourself to a real sub here.
I have never had such a flavorful sub in my entire life! If you want variety and flavor eat here. The staff is extremely courteous and efficient, and the manager is a gentleman and i love his (British?) accent 😉
SO GOOD!!!!. I LOVE Penn Station!! I was so excited when I heard they were coming to ATL! I went in for dinner opening night and had an awesome experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, restaurant was very clean and, as always, the food was unbeatable! This is definitely not your typical Subway/Jimmy Johns/ Jersey Mikes type of place… the sandwiches, fries and fresh squeezed lemonade are AMAZING!
Finally Great Subs Come to Georgia…. Let me explain just how excited that I was upon learning that Penn Station had come to and was expanding in Georgia. For years, there was essentially zero chance of obtaining a good Cheese Steak Sub … let along a Great one … in the Metro Atlanta area… That has changed.Penn Station is the same quality and consistency that I loved in Ohio. They use the freshest of ingredients. They cut their own fries. They bake their own bread. They squeeze their own lemonade. In essence … it’s about as close to perfection of a sandwich that you can find on Earth … And the location at North Druid Hills is no different. Yes, they still have to work on getting the service system worked out. You have to remember, their entire staff is only a week old.. But they have the customer service and friendliness down. I suspect that this location is going to do gang busters… It’s worth my drive from Marietta… and I look forward to more locations in the Atlanta Area!
