Tom Catherall's Here to Serve Restaurants opened Smash Kitchen & Bar on September 10, 2013, the restaurant group's second dining venue and nightspot in Atlanta's bustling Town Brookhaven community. Located at 804 Town Boulevard, Smash features classic American chophouse favorites in a casual Americana setting just steps away from H2SR's popular sister concept, Noche Tequila and Tapas Bar, and Shucks, an oyster-and-wine bar. One of Atlanta's most prolific restaurateurs, Catherall personally designed Smash's menu, which features Southern-inspired delicacies, signature steaks and burgers, a selection of Mediterranean-inspired flatbreads and farm-house salads. The menu highlights a compilation of the seasoned chef's greatest hits from former restaurants while introducing innovative takes on chophouse classics. As with all H2SR concepts, what comes from the kitchen is complemented by an extensive list of carefully selected wines and signature cocktails.
