Eat Here. The One Sushi + is great. I have eaten at Tomo, MF (when they were open)…All of the great sushi restaurants in Atlanta and Boston. The One Sushi is right up there with the best. I would honestly say beating out Tomo and MF because of the service and most definitely prices. If you are an experienced eater or new to sushi they have something for you. I recommend eating nigiri as the quality of the fish is top tier (some imported from the Tsukiji fish market in Japan). Jason is truly an artist and it shows when you build a relationship with the chefs. Eat at the bar!!!!Sincerely,A Guy Who Eats Too Much Sushi
Unique and Creative. My husband and I came here on a Saturday night. We were so pleasantly surprised that this was a more unique sushi place with a lot of creativity. We had the hot miso korean style soup and the salmon skin roll salad – very very good! Everything is freshly made. Then we had sushi – the tuna on the rocks – rocked. The dessert was excellent – we had a wasabi ice cream (again – unique and creative) and a sesame type gelatin dessert – all made in their kitchen. The desserts sounded so odd at first, but we thought they were excellent. We highly recommend this new restaurant. The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate. Great experience!
