I am all about helping out local restaurants and local businesses. I have eaten at Tipsy’s about 30 times and the last 4 times the food has not been very good. Today continued the downward trend. I ordered the Blacken Chicken Nachos and they were delivered to my table cold and the food quality was very poor. The owner was also very rude. That is the last time I will ever eat there. They really should sell the place to some one who cares.
Not Great, just okay.. Pretty much all the food is deep fried. While the food isnt great, it isnt totally bad either. One piece of advicedo not order the falafel veggie burger, it is deep fried on the outside and raw in the middle (with a consistency of spackle).The service left a lot to be desiredslow and inattentive. Not once did the service staff come back to the table to inquire as to whether or not the meal was satisfactorily prepared.

Baby spinach….stems could have been trimmed a LOT more.Only real problem was the volume of noise. Could not carry on conversation across table.
