We placed a big order today ($140+), our order was missing several things and the food was just terrible.. I ordered a pan con bistec, what I got was inedible, unseasoned shoe leather with a wilted piece of lettuce and 1 tiny tomato – I made it to 2 bites before I tossed it.The reason why I’m posting a review is because of the terrible customer service I received when I tried to get a refund. . They initially said no to a refund, but would remake my order – that was totally acceptable to me.. But then , I was told (by Giselle) that the owners Verhilio & Carmen, (manager’s name on receipt was Alfredo) would only offer to replace my meal if they saw proof. Are you kidding me? I’m glad I took pictures, otherwise I’d have had to dig through the trash. My order was 7 bucks on a $140 order, I cannot believe they didn’t just offer me a new sandwich.. Only after I texted them pictures did I get my lunch replaced.. I can absolutely assure you that my 7 dollar lunch was not worth the future business you’ve lost over this, I will also be posting this review (with pictures) everywhere.
