Have been in Dalton since 1978 and Calhoun since 2006. The reason we use disposable plates and flat ware is for sanitary reasons!! How many times have you sent back dirty silverware,glasses, plates?? i would rather drink,eat off of and with something no one else had. I chose this in 1978!! As for our food,service,pricing, I leave that to my customers.
Still the Best Burger!. Stopped into Big John’s the other day for the Jumbo Cheeseburger…….and have to report that it still reigns over other local burgers. It is the best in town. I also realized that I haven’t ever did a full Gula report on this establishment. Atmosphere: The dining area is pretty regular. They have hung some decor on the wall, so this is an improvement from before. One thing that I can’t stand is the styrofoam plates and plastic forks. I will give them 2.5 forks!!.Cleanliness: No major cleanliness issues here. I’ll give them 3 forks!!!Service: The service here is good though everyone always seems tired. Three Forks!!!Quality of food: I think this is this restaurant’s biggest draw. They do have great food. Four forks!!!!Value: Very good prices. Four Forks!!!!Final Score: 3.3 Forks, GOOD.
