Duke’s has moved again for the third time. I think this is the best location yet and judging by the crowd that is always present,it is working out great for them. The interior is a lot more attractive and a better setting for their sports theme. The service here is great. It’s clean and the health score has always been satisfactory. Overall the food is good, though a few menu items could be improved. Prices are average.
Location and Name Change. Sharkey’s has moved to Court Street in Calhoun and is going by the name Duke’s Wings and Seafood. It still has the great food and now has breakfast Tuesday-Friday. I highly recommend breakfast! Best biscuits in town and of course best wings around. I recommend Duke’s.
Great Wings!!. I Love the wings here!! The also have livers and oh my goodness…..Love them. The overall experience is always good. The waiters sometimes can have a attitude but the food and owner Derek make up for the servers sometimes bad attitude. Not many places you go these day’s does the Owner him/her come bye your table to check on you. Also, they remember you and greet you with welcome feelings most all of the time.
I love this place! As a Calhoun native, it’s a common eatery for my family. Their wings are the best in town! And their fried catfish is delicious. Some of the best food I’ve had there would be the fried catfish, wings, Philly cheesesteak, grilled shrimp, hamburger steak and their country fried steak! They also feature a cafeteria style lunch with down home favorites and the price includes your drink. I have had a couple unpleasant experiences with the waitresses service, but only when it was a new person or they were really busy. I deinately recommend Sharkey’s!
