Slow service and terrible food. Do yourself a favor and drive by this hole.
Awesome bacon is awesome. I had a bacon biscuit from here… the bacon was so crispy and embodied everything that I love about bacon. Cash only, which can be inconvenient. The hours are very limited, they only do breakfast.
Good Hotdogs. I have ate here several times both breakfast and lunch I like the Chili Slaw Dogs the breakfast is ok the people are always friendly very little room in the place it is cash only the food is ok
Not bad…. …but not really anything to write home about either. The service was very friendly and they were timely. As a ‘new local’ I wanted to try this place out and I may go back again for lunch some time.
I’ll start by saying the people here are very friendly. That being said, the quality of the food is very poor. The hash browns are the round kind you get out of the freezer section in the grocery store and the biscuits aren’t scratch made. Also, they’re cash only which in this day and age is basically like asking people to pay in pirate doubloons. You might as well keep driving and stop at McDonald’s for breakfast; it’ll be about the same quality and at least you can use your debit card.
Not going back. I really hate to leave negative reviews of places, but this was my second visit and both times the food was just boring and bland. I had a sausage and egg biscuit and the sausage and eggs were scrambled together. It had an ok flavor, but the biscuit was nothing special and their tea is not good. The service was friendly, and I can see this place being popular with locals, but if you have had good breakfast biscuits, this is a step down.
