Worse than terrible setvice!!. Don’t we fooled by making a reservation on line. Was confirmed in an email bt the restaurant but went to the back of the one behind walk in customers when we got hers. Service at the bar while waiting to be seated was atrocious at best.

Manager was VERY RUDE!. We have been eating at Hana two to three times a month for several years now and never had a problem. That being said, we will not be going back as long as the current manager is there. She was extremely rude when we questioned why we could not use a coupon that was shown to our server (and accepted) at the time of ordering. The manager came over to the table and was immediately defensive and rude to the point of causing a scene in front of other customers. Lost our business over $6.50 sushi order which we did not even receive until our food was served.

First time…and last time. First time at this place. I had a Restaurant.com coupon and thought I would use it one night with a friend. Right away we were told that they limited the hibachi experience with the coupon. So we ate off the menu. We asked our waitress questions on the items on the menu and she didn’t know anything. She didn’t bother getting someone who did know. The food was ok, but the experience was less then expected. This is definitely my last time here.

Bad experience. Looking for a Japanese steakhouse one day. Thought we tried Hana. We didn’t try the hibachi because my wife wanted to eat a noodle soup. After we ordered, we waited for 45 minutes. When they finally brought her meal, it was fried noodles. She sent it back. They apologized and said they had a new chef who never cooked noodle soup before. They said they were going to fix and take care of it. About 30 minutes later, the soup was ready. It smelled fishy and did not taste right. Later they gave us a 10% discount as their way to apologize. By the way, I first wanted to order sushi rolls, but the guy who made the sushi sneezed and blew his nose several times, so I decided to order a cooked meal instead.

I like the food but the service is not so great. The certain server that can’t speak English then gets mad and rude be she can’t understand. Might I make a suggestion to management advise your servers not to talk about the customers in front of them. I can find good food other places with better service. Luciana and Josh are Great.

Wasted Valentines Day 2014 with theses people. Was told 30 minute wait. 90 min later we were seated. 30 min later they took our drink order. 45 min later a chef shows up. Very unprofessional from the lack of seating in the waiting area to the lack of any Japanese or any Asians working there except the chefs. 2 chefs working on Valentines Day? All staff was running around yelling at each other. Obvious that the owner was too cheap to hire enough people to run the place. Food was equivalent to Chinese takeout. When cleaning the grills the exhaust fans were not turned on so everyone was treated to steamy smoke in their faces at the height of their meals. Our glasses were empty during most of the meal. Ordered a Sushi roll and it showed up towards the end of dinner. The place absolutely sucked.

Good food!!!. My husband and I come here every Christmas Eve with our kids….it is a tradition that we started some time ago. The atmosphere is upbeat and the food is delicious. It is always a treat to see the chefs cook our meals in front of us and quite entertaining! And, the prices are reasonable for the generous portions of food that is prepared and served.
