My family went to this place to eat due to convienence This was the worst excuse for Japanese Food I have ever experienced. We went in and it was a good 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. When they did show up we got our drinks and placed our order. 20 minutes later they came to the table and the FOOD WAS COLD.I will NEVER EAT IN THERE AGAIN. They need some management over this crew. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!!
Pretty Average…. A friend and I went for an early dinner tonight at Hana. I hate to give a bad review because I love supporting local places, but the food and service were just not so great for the price. The place feels a little sticky and the food was ok. The host was sweet but we waited a very long time for our hibachi chef, especially considering we were the only customers to start. Then it took another very long wait for the server to take the bill at the end. On a positive note, the serving size was generous and we took home enough leftovers for another meal. It really wasn’t a bad place but there are other places that are much better. Try Kani House in Woodstock.
