Rush Rush Rush. My husband and I went to the Olive Garden in Canton, Ga. for our Anniversary and from the time we walked in until the time we left we were RUSHED!!! We barley got seated and the server came over to take our drink orders, which is usually fine but he didn’t even want to give us time to look and see what they served! Then he rushed back with our drinks and wanted us to order right then and we hadn’t even opened our menus. He stood there sighing at us trying to rush us with pen in hand ready to write. We asked if we could have a minute to look over the menu and again he sighed and rolled his eyes at us and just walked off. He wasn’t even gone 2 minutes and was back asking if we were ready yet. We ordered to get him to leave us alone. The food was not good at all. the salad was just half made and the bowl just half full of what we usually got at other Olive Gardens. I had the Spaghetti and meat balls and it was cold and over cooked the pasta was stuck together! My husband’s food was also cold and was not good either. My husband is a diabetic and he drinks a lot of diet drinks when we go out and the server would not ask if he wanted a refill we had to ask him to keep refilling it as he kept approaching our table to ask if he could leave the check and get us to go boxes. We finally said yes and left and we have not been back since and will NOT be. Anniversary Dinner Ruined! Thanks O.G.
Not so great. We have been to this location a few times and the food is okay, but the service is HORRIBLE! The last time we went we were seated, the hostest took our drink order, which we never received, then we watch our server doing side work, while looking at us from time to time and never even came to take our order or bring our drinks!! We walked out after 23 minutes with no service.
Average Italian. We frequent a few Italian restaurants and find the food here to be warm and delicious. While the food here is good, I find that the wine is overpriced, in my opinion. Service has been on par the last few visits. If your needing a fix, this place can help.
