The prices are high for what you get, and the drive thru staff, well dont expect much niceness there. She will rudely stop you in the middle of your order. Definitely DONT inconvenience her with adding two pieces of cornbread to your order. You will get a smart a** remark about it. They dont have large drinks but charge for them. They made us pull up for a simple pork plate and grilled cheese sandwich. Ridiculous. I drank my entire unsweetened tea while waiting on them. I could have ordered Olive Garden and picked it up faster than I got a drive thru order and a BBQ joint. Ive overlooked the rudeness of the staff but this time was just the last straw. She brought our food out after a 27 minute wait, and we politely said thank you. She turned on her heel and walked back inside. No sorry for your wait Pathetic

Food was okay but small portions service was poor and staff unfriendly. The atmosphere was drab not light and open which lends to pleasant dining experience. I really believe if they corrected the service and the portion sizes, and updated the look, it m i g h t be worth the price. As well another friend had the SAME experience. What’s up Billy and Bob?Come on guys do your thing make it as good as the catering……….Consumer in Carrollton

Friendly service. I was quickly served an charged a more than fair price. I very strongly recommend Billy-Bob’s BBQ.
Lunch, not Dinner. While the service is often lacking, the food there is very good for the price. I’ve sampled most of the items on the menu and at different times. Some suggestions for getting the best out of your food. One, never eat dinner there. Their lunch is very good, but after lunch they seem to slack off some and end up giving you cold or luke-warm food – especially if it is in the drive-through. Two, go early in the lunch-hour for the best quality of service and food. As for dishes, try the brisket instead of the pork and make sure to sample the special hot-sauce made in-house that they keep on every table. Happy dining!
This place is ok. The food is good however portions are small and the price is higher than it should be. Sometimes you get a law enforcement discount and sometimes you don’t. The Pig Pen Is a better chiice 100 Yards away.
Great place to eat!. My family was hungry for some good bar-b-q. We happened across this place on our travels while visiting Banning Mills. The food was outstanding and so was the hospitality. The meat fell off the ribs and the sauce was great. If you like home made everything, this is the place to go.
