Tough and Cold. As a frequent shopper at the Bankhead Hwy location for McDonalds, lately the food has been less than appetizing. The burgers (all choices made) have been DRY, Tough and COLD. The fries at this location have been cold and tasteless. The overall cleanliness of this store is also questionable. I have noticed at times (when not busy) that the crew tends to stand around, and no one is cleaning. The frontline area will have food all over the floor, the counters appear to have NOT been wiped down at all during the day, from waht can be seen of the back line area, it appears to be very un-organized and also not kept very clean. The dining area also has been noted numerous times in different visits to be un-prepared (no stock for customers), Tea Urns will be empty and drink area VERY sticky, on both floor and drink prep areas. My opinion, this store needs a major managerial overhaul. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, and my son LOVES McDonalds. I just PRAY we do not get sick from the bad food.
