Good food and bad customer service teenage girls behind counter have very bad attitudes. I will not be going back to this location again.
Poor Customer Service. My oldest daughter absolutely LOVES Shane’s Rib Shack and this is the only one we usually go to because it’s close. So for her birthday she wanted to go there. I called on Monday (her party was the Saturday coming up) and spoke with the manager. I told him I would have 20 people coming (some driving two hours) for this party. Oh yes ma’am, yes ma’am that won’t be a problem. Thank you so much for considering us. We get there and there is NOT a seat in the building and of course he was not there and the teenage girls that were working that night could have cared a less if we ate there or not! So needless to say I took my party elsewhere and not sure I will patronize that location again. VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great. Everything I have ever had from Shane’s has been fantastic. Probably not the most healthy meals, but very yummy!
Way to pricy for what you get.
